At Valley Ridge Farm, Inc, we offer a range of carefully crafted programs to cater to every rider's unique journey.

Copper

Available for ages 4 yrs to 7 yrs old

$220/month

Included in Copper:

  • Access to 4 to riding lessons per month

  • Access to our learning levels curriculm both mounted and unmounted riding lesson. This is will be done in conjuntion with regular riding lessons and in the event that lessons are cancelled due to weather/ road conditions

Bronze

Available for ages 8 and up

$300/month

Included in Bronze:

  • Access to 4 to riding lessons per month

  • Access to purchasing Hacking time, ** if approved by instructor

  • Access to our learning levels curriculm both mounted and unmounted riding lesson. This is will be done in conjuntion with regular riding lessons and in the event that lessons are cancelled due to weather/ road conditions

  • Unlock 1 Goal Setting Session every 6 to12 months, to evaluate progress and goals

Silver

Available for ages 9 and up or with approval of instructor

$500/month

Included in Silver:

  • Access to 4 to riding lessons per month

  • Access to 4 Hacking sessions ** if approved by instructor

  • Access to our learning levels curriculm both mounted and unmounted riding lesson. This is will be done in conjuntion with regular riding lessons and in the event that lessons are cancelled due to weather/ road conditions

  • Unlock 2 Goal Setting Session every 6 to 12 months, to evalutate progress and goals

Gold

Available for ages 8 and up

$600/month

Included in Gold:

  • Access to 4 to riding lessons per month

  • Access to 4 additional riding lessons per 4 weeks for a total of 8 riding lessons per month

  • Access to purchasing Hacking time, ** if approved by instructor

  • Access to our learning levels curriculm both mounted and unmounted riding lesson. This is will be done in conjuntion with regular riding lessons and in the event that lessons are cancelled due to weather/ road conditions

  • Unlock 2 Goal Setting Session every 6 to 12 months, to evalutate progress and goals

Our Program

Group Riding Lessons

We believe that riding lessons can be greatly enhanced when shared with others. The opportunity to watch others at the same level adds a depth not received in private lessons. Riders qualify to join groups once they're trotting independently. Its a lot more fun learning along with others at the same level!

Horsemanship Clinics

Once a month, students have the option to attend a 2-hr Horsemanship Class where they gain hands-on experience in horse care, riding preparation, and practical horsemanship skills. This clinic helps students build independence and proficiency, preparing them for greater responsibilities.

Progress & Goals Sessions

At the beginning of each quarter session, we meet with students (and parents, if applicable). Together we assess their progress, set new goals, and provide personal feedback to help continuous progress.

Progress Tracking

Our levelled curriculum is managed on a shared Google Doc with each student documenting their journey. Students advance at their own pace, building a strong foundation before moving to the next level.

Celebrating Achievement

At Valley Ridge Horsemanship Academy, we love celebrating our students’ milestones. As riders advance through curriculum levels, we recognize their dedication and hard work with a certificate and tassel.
